Those who enter into business relationships with Prairie Tree Wellness (hereinafter referred to as PTW) including, but not limited to their affiliates and joint venture partners and choose to promote PTW using a spam will have their relationship with PTW terminated immediately.

YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS:  The information you provide to us is private and it will not be sold to anyone.  

We record the IP addresses of most subscriptions, sales and affiliates. If an e-mail address is subscribed to our system without the owner’s permission, the host of the IP will be contacted and pursued to terminate the user.

PTW maintains ethical practices and will not tolerate any misuse of our tools and resources by any third party. If misuse occurs, we will do everything in our power to immediately terminate the relationship and prevent any further misuse.

Consent for Collection, Use and Disclosure

By using the Prairie Tree Wellness (hereinafter referred to as PTW) website and/or registering for products and services, you are consenting to the terms of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this PTW website.

You may withdraw your consent for collection, use and disclosure at any time by sending an email. Please make sure you tell us what email address to unsubscribe and put the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line. By unsubscribing you are suspending the provision of products and services to you by PTW.  


At the time you register and sign on to this website, PTE collects certain “personal information” including but not limited to your name, email address, home or work address, telephone number and information abut your computer hardware and software (for example your IP address, operating system, browser type, domain name, URL, access times, and referring web site addresses).

We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.

We may also make some content, products and services available through our Site or by emailing messages to you through cooperative relationships with third-party providers, where the brands of our provider partner appear o the Site in connection with such content, products and/or services. We may share with our provider partner any information you provide, or that is collected in the course of visiting any pages that are made viable in cooperation with our provider partner. In some cases, the provider partner may collect some information from you directly, in which case the provider policy of our provider partner may apply to the provider partner’s use of your information. PTW advertises on FaceBook and through our FaceBook pages. We (not FaceBook) may collect content or information from a FaceBook User and such information may be used as described in the Privacy Policy. You consent to our collection of such information by “LIKING”, “FOLLOWING” and “Commenting” on our Pages and within any groups affiliated with our Business Page. We abide by FaceBooks Data Use Restrictions.  

Limiting the Collection of Personal Information

PTW limits its collection of personal information to only that information which is necessary for the Identified Purposes. PTW does not direct its site to, nor does it knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen.

Upon visiting the PTW website, a cookie may be placed on your computer or the cookie may be read if you have visited the site previously. If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from this web site, you may not be able to view all the text on the screens, or to experience a personalized visit, or to subscribe to certain service and product offerings on the site.

Disclosure, Processing and Retention:

Also, n the event that PTW or substantially all of its assets are required, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets.  

Your information may be stored and processed in Canada or the United States, or in any other country in which PTW or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain server storage facilities. By using this web site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

After your account becomes inactive, meaning you request it to be removed from our database), PTW will keep your personal information in its archives. Your information will then be used only as necessary for tax reasons or to prove PTW’s compliance with any applicable law.

Accuracy of Personal Information

PTW will use reasonable efforts to keep customer personal information accurate for the Identified Purposes, and for minimizing the possibility of making inappropriate customer decisions based on such information. Customers are responsible for information PTW about changes to their personal information. You can do this by sending an email with your digital signature. PTW will use new or updated personal information it receives from customers to update it’s own records.  

Access to Information:

PTW will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to review the personal information in your file, if you do wish to make a request please do so by emailing PTW and ensure your request is signed with your digital signature.

Should PTW not be able to provide access to some aspect of a customer’s personal information, it will provide reasons for denying access such as: that by doing so would likely reveal personal information about a third party, or that it is confidential commercial information or attorney-client privileged communications, or that the information relates to a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or that its disclosure could reasonably be expected to threaten the life or security of another individual.

Customers have the right to request that inaccurate or incomplete information be amended as appropriate, by contacting PTW or the Privacy Officer of PTW and upon review, the information will be updated as corrected.

PTW will respond to your request for access to information within 30 days of receiving your written request.
